2026–2027 Permit Update Required:

Submit your valid LA County Health Permit via the Food Vendor Update Form to remain eligible to operate.

Please reach out to your Studio Operations Representative or WB Safety for the password to view. If the vendor you’d like to use, is already accepted by Safety – approval must still come through your Studio Operations Rep. Please communicate with them to gain approval, and access.

All accepted vendors on the Burbank Main lot or The Ranch Lot are required to comply with our grease mat policy.

Important Notice: 2026–2027 Health Permit Updates Required

To maintain compliance with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health requirements and to continue operating on Warner Bros. properties, all food vendors must update their permits and certifications for the 2026–2027 cycle.

All currently approved:
  • Motion Picture Caterers (Craft Services)
  • Food Trucks
  • Catering Providers
Required Documentation:
Please upload a copy of your valid 2026–2027 LA County Health Department Permit (or MPCO Permit, if applicable) using the form titled:

Food Vendor Update Form

Important Instructions
  • You will be marked as inactive/invalid in the system if your updated permit is not submitted. Vendors without current documentation will not be permitted to operate on Warner Bros. properties.
  • Only complete the Food Vendor Update Form if you have previously worked on a Warner Bros. property and have already submitted a Food Vendor Request Form.
  • If you are a new vendor and have not previously registered, please complete the Food Vendor Request Form instead
